Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.
General Position
Mafutai GPU rentals are billed per minute. Once workloads run, refunds are generally not available.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Platform outages that prevent a job from starting.
- Billing errors caused by Mafutai systems.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Completed rentals.
- User cancellations after the workload has started.
- Poor performance or incorrect results caused by user code or datasets.
Forms of Refund
When a refund is approved, Mafutai may credit the customer account or issue a partial refund.
